As CEO of Replenish Earth Ltd, she merges cutting-edge technology with ecological principles to restore the planet and build resilient communities. As a keynote speaker, moderator, and author, Tia has engaged with thought-leaders across platforms like Forbes, Google, and Coca-Cola, and advised the Royal Family of Bhutan, highlighting her global influence and dedication to environmental resilience. Notably, in 2010, she commissioned Foster+Partners for the Saudi American Bank's headquarters, marking her the first woman to judge a LEED platinum building in Saudi Arabia.
